Experience & Education

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities

  • Technical Application support for our suite of products via incoming calls and email support requests
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and answer general support questions for One, Inc. products
  • Escalation of complex, difficult, or complaint calls to a team lead or manager.
  • Review operational updates and edits (i.e. bulletin board notes) on a daily basis.
  • Train clients to use features and functionality via phone and email
  • Clearly articulate technical issues, solutions and activities to colleagues and clients
  • Provide feedback to the development team on issues pertaining to the system
  • Log all communications and essential information into ticketing system

You will be responsible for onboarding new customers, achieving initial customer success goals, and proactively building customer relationships through demonstrating product expertise and being a trusted advisor.

As a Project Manager, you will be tasked with onboarding new customers by guiding them through the transition from Sales to Services while ensuring the implementation of the One, Inc. product suite reflects customer requirements and expectations.
